How to Return by Mail
To initiate a return, please email us at info@realpurely.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your original order number and the reason for the return to help us improve our service. We do not include return labels. We recommend using USPS as it tends to be the most economical option.
Return Guidelines
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Items that have been emptied, refilled, or used do not qualify for a refund.
- Returns are accepted by mail only
- Replacements are final sale / not eligible for return or exchange.
SHOP PAY RETURNS
If you have changed your mind, you can return your qualifying Shop Pay purchase by mail. Shop Pay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase directly to Shop Pay.

- Real Purely is not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Once your return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus any shipping fees.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items, such as Limited Edition collections, Holiday items, Sets, Bundles, Promotional Sales, Site-Wide Sales, etc., cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or credit. Promotions, including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to final sale purchases.
RECEIVED DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
We try our best, but mistakes can happen! Any item that is believed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect may only be replaced with the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you further. Hold on to all items until further instructed. Feel free to contact us at info@realpurely.com.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.
ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Items purchased from other retailers selling Dose of Colors products may not be returned to www.realpurely.com. Please contact the retailer directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Only orders that have not been shipped can be canceled. If you received a tracking number via email, contact info@realpurely.com to request cancellation.
